Users should provide accurate information and keep their account access secure.

  • You may need to verify your identity, license, payment method, and eligibility before booking.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Rentauras may limit, suspend, or refuse access when needed to protect users, agencies, or the platform.
Rentals

Bookings, pickup, and returns

Each rental may include agency-specific requirements shown in the app or communicated during handoff.

  • Availability, prices, vehicle details, and pickup windows can change until a booking is confirmed.
  • The agency may provide an equivalent vehicle when operational constraints require it.
  • Late returns, misuse, traffic violations, tolls, damage, cleaning, fuel, or charging issues may create additional charges.
Payments

Prices, fees, and no-deposit decisions

The final terms should mirror the live payment provider and agency agreements.

  • Displayed prices should explain rental charges and any known required fees before confirmation.
  • No-deposit access is not guaranteed for every user, vehicle, city, agency, or booking.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and disputes should follow the policy shown at booking and applicable law.
