App support is handled in-product as soon as we go live. While we are in early access, the fastest path is email — we read every message.

  • Send your booking ID and a short description of what happened.
  • If it is urgent, mention the city and pickup time.
  • Screenshots help us debug faster, especially for app issues.

We are a small team focused on shipping. No call centers, no scripted replies — you talk to the people building the product.

  • Office hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+1).
  • Outside hours, email is the most reliable channel.
  • For agencies onboarding to early access, expect a quick call after your first email.
